From August 2022 until May 2023, I designed, researched and launched our beta product:

• Designed end-to-end and focused prototypes to test with early design partners
• Collaborated with subject matter experts to create no-code solutions for common data processes
• Led the UX and UI design for our MVP
• Worked with data and full-stack engineers on technical feasibility
• Communicated new features to design partners through engaging release notes
• Organized the marketing campaign, swag collections and launch event for the beta product

Since our launch in May 2023, I’ve designed features based on customer feedback and established a culture of experience design:

• Collaborated with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to improve the end-to-end user & customer experience
  • Gathered feedback from customers to inform the product roadmap
  • Led the design of features or improvements to support implementation of new customers
• Contributed to the product vision and roadmap
• Collaborated with leadership to establish practices for team comms, development, recognition and overall employee experience
• Coordinated with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to nurture and grow the Preql community and boost brand awareness
